SHAWN made an extra effort to get a part from Whirlpool the maker of my water heater. he ordered it, because it was not available in town, and had it on a truck for MARK to install Monday morning so we would have hot water the other plumbing company would not research and order a part till Monday and then schedule an appointment when they received the part. even though I told them we had no hot water. I will never use another plumbing company other than Sound Plumbing again they will have my business for life.”
