Plumbing Estimator/Project Manager
Job Requirements
- Five years of Commercial Plumbing estimating experience, estimating software experience preferable
- Read blueprints, CAD experience
- Overall knowledge of the plumbing industry
- Takeoffs
- Value Engineering
- Conceptual budgets
- Purchase and change orders
- Basic computer knowledge of applicable software
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
