I called Sound Heating and Plumbing at 7:30AM and a tech walked me through how to turn off the water and gas lines. They arranged for a tech to come that afternoon and replace my heater - they had taken care of the warranty and everything! The service was quick and efficient, and definitely painless. By 4PM I had a brand new hot water heater and they were cleaned up and gone. I am extremely happy with the service and will definitely call them again if and when I need someone.”
