They arranged for a tech to come that afternoon and replace my heater - they had taken care of the warranty and everything! The service was quick and efficient, and definitely painless. “Excellent company!!! I called numerous companies all at once to see who responded, when they responded, how the front office responded and how the actual work was done. The office person was beyond excellent. I explained what type of toilet was having an issue. She asked me to send her the make and model of the toilet and thank goodness since it required a specific part that that's not the typical part. Due to her ability to deduce what was needed, a second day didn't have to be scheduled. Wow! They made it to my speed dial and not everyone makes it there!”
