“I woke up Tuesday morning and discovered that my hot water heater was broken. I called Sound Heating and Plumbing at 7:30AM and a tech walked me through how to turn off the water and gas lines. They arranged for a tech to come that afternoon and replace my heater - they had taken care of the warranty and everything! The service was quick and efficient, and definitely painless.
