At one point I was a little frustrated about a miscommunication regarding the warranty, but he kept his cool and was patient while we both made calls to gather all pertinent information to complete the transaction. “I woke up Tuesday morning and discovered that my hot water heater was broken. I called Sound Heating and Plumbing at 7:30AM and a tech walked me through how to turn off the water and gas lines. They arranged for a tech to come that afternoon and replace my heater - they had taken care of the warranty and everything! The service was quick and efficient, and definitely painless. By 4PM I had a brand new hot water heater and they were cleaned up and gone. I am extremely happy with the service and will definitely call them again if and when I need someone.”
